How They Both Used 4PA for Their Political Campaign — Is this about cleaning streets and helping people, or feeding someone’s campaign narrative?

That’s exactly the shady circus playing out with 4PA. Homelessness is a brutal, national, age-old mess. Yet Jake Seegers and his loyal attack dog Jeff Tozzer (campaign manager and Clallam County Watchdog boss) wave it like a bloody flag, pushing false diagnoses and their pet “local solution” to rile up the base and hunt votes.

4PA has raised nearly $1,000,000 from local donors… for what? A handful of volunteer cleanups and just a couple of tiny homes. Facilities scattered in questionable buildings across Port Angeles and Sequim — some derelict, one cozying up to a closed MAGA-Republican-linked CrossFit coffee shop with Seegers signs still plastered around. They’re doing next to nothing with all that cash while the homeless industrial complex (permanent housing empires, fat salaries, endless grants, and private-jail-style economics where managing the problem pays better than solving it) keeps rolling.

The real fire? 4PA has done zero to create any public distance from Seegers and Tozzer. No statements. No clear line. Nothing. They let themselves get paraded as the political prop. Seegers’ foundation (tied to a wealthy family of real estate investors and millionaires) slipped them around $40k (what we know). Jake, an investment consultant himself, seems to see 4PA as a long-term investment play — propping up a “local success story” while his family’s properties and money stay cozy.

Tozzer started as Seegers’ personal Airbnb innkeeper and is now the full-time gatekeeper extraordinaire, controlling the narrative. After that old “Shotgun Sermon” video from Pastor Jake blew up, they dropped a fresh damage-control episode where Tozzer interviews Seegers in full gaslighting mode. They’re sweating — scrambling to mitigate because people are waking up to how 4PA serves their machine. Tozzer himself ran for office in 2024, got rejected hard by voters, and whispers say Seegers helped fund his efforts. In his own depressive piece, Tozzer says he doesn’t regret being the Watchdog for a second — of course he doesn’t, when it serves the agenda.

This lack of distance screams complicity. In a polarized town, it turns a supposedly community effort into something deeply political and opportunistic. Donors and residents are right to feel uneasy and disgusted: Is this about cleaning streets and helping people, or feeding someone’s campaign narrative in the homelessness profit machine?

Jake and Tozzer are having a hard time with damage control right now. The exposure is hitting them where it hurts. With a million dollars floating around and zero separation from the political circus, the whole situation looks shady as hell.

Time for 4PA to wake up — or be exposed as willing participants. Create loud, clear, public distance from Seegers and Tozzer. Return the foundation money. Stop playing prop before the community turns away in total disgust.
